Scores of people staged a protest at Trump Tower in New York on March 13 against the detention of Mahmoud Khalil, whom the Donald Trump administration aims to deport over his alleged “pro-Hamas” activism.
Jewish Voice for Peace, which describes itself as a progressive Jewish anti-Zionist organization, carried out the demonstration. Police said they had made 98 arrests.
