At the launch of the national level Labour Day celebrations in Putrajaya on Wednesday (May 1), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said civil servants will take home a minimum overall monthly income of RM2,000 under the revamped Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA).
He said civil servants would receive a pay hike of over 13% which would be implemented in December this year.
