Of the 3,000 applications made for Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) People's Housing Project (PPR) units on average annually, there are only 300 homes that can be offered to eligible applicants, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The Prime Minister said this was a serious issue, adding that he was emphasising a policy that all approved housing or real estate projects must build affordable residences.
