MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the Pakatan Harapan manifesto is built on empty promises that would not be fulfilled.
Liow said that at a Chinese New Year open house event at SMJK (C) Chong Hwa on Saturday, adding that the manifesto only promises short-term gain instead of focusing on the future for the people and the country.
