I won this buffet at auction for $7.41. I forgot I even bid on it until I got the notification that I won. Well, the joke was on me, because the top had major damage from melted candle wax. I tried to re-veneer it, but I must not have used the correct glue or I didn’t apply the glue correctly because I had some pockets that didn’t adhere. I took it all off and decided to fill it in and paint over it. That was not fun because it was difficult to get a completely smooth surface. I used several products, but the last one was my favorite and really smoothed everything out. Wow, what a beast, but now it’s a beauty! What do you think?
