Hi Everyone, Clear globe ornaments and cheap, but pretty wrapping paper for decoupage purposes can be found at Dollar Tree and crafting stores and most crafting or Winter holiday sections of other stores such as Target or Walmart. I've been wanting to do a reverse decoupage of a Santa Clause flying through the night Christmas Eve sky for a while. Below is a list of materials and tools that I used in this video.
