Black Pepper or Black Pepper Sauce is one of the most popular sauces in western cuisine and can be eaten with a variety of dishes such as Steak, Chicken Chop, Lamb Chop, Burger and more. My recipe is a very easy and quick recipe to prepare. It uses Roux which is made by cooking wheat flour in melted butter.
